By this Tipper would like to provide a platform where we can use this wasted things for the benefit of ourselves and other people. Tipper Platfrom will empower users to directly support each other; a decentralized platform which will free us from the grip of the dominant corporations who need massive advertising dollars to support the high infrastructure costs of centralized platforms.
